We are a complete Mobile Phlebotomy Service, serving Physicians, Medical Centers, Retirement Communities, Assisted living, Adult Family Homes, and Skilled Nursing facilities. Psychiatric Inpatient & Outpatient Adult and Pediatric Centers, and Laboratories, as an outsource to meet the needs of their patients, residents and individuals who require blood work for medication monitoring or disease management. Our mobile staff consists of Certified Medical Assistant Phlebotomists who have compassion and care for the people they serve.

Call us at to schedule an appointment for mobile phlebotomy (Home blood draw), and all other Multilab Collections Express services at 425 970-5461 or Fax us at 206 519-6701 (HIPAA Compliant) with the physician’s orders (lab requisition to include patient name, address, phone number, diagnosis codes, tests, and insurance information for the billing laboratory. • We call the patient to schedule an appointment to go to their home or business within 24 to 48 hours of the request, or as requested by the physician.
• We collect the blood specimen and transport to the laboratory.
