Convenience Fee: A fixed fee for travel and specimen collection is payable directly to the mobile service at booking or at the time of service. No mileage charges apply.

Lab Test Billing: Laboratory tests are billed separately to your insurance by the laboratory (e.g., Quest, LabCorp) using the physician’s order. The mobile service does not handle lab billing.

Insurance: The convenience fee is typically not billed to insurance, but receipts are provided for possible reimbursement.

Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations; late cancellations may incur fees as follows: Upon arrival full-service fee, less than 24 Hours 50% of service fee.

Refund Policy: No refunds are issued once blood is drawn. Redraws are offered if necessary.
